We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC installation projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and coordination across field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial HVAC installation projects from award through completion
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
Monitor labor productivity, materials, and overall project costs
Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope alignment
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Forecast project revenue and track monthly financial performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and mechanical codes
Maintain strong relationships with clients and general contractors
Qualifications:
